And the hotels were also over the top wonderful. Overall our favorite tour so far and we plan to travel many more times with Gate 1 Travel. Jamie K, tour manager, was the best tour guide during our whole 14 day trip. She constantly went above and beyond and I truly felt cared for. She'd bring little local snacks for us to try, read us a children's book to demonstrate Scots, sang Irish jingles to us and taught us so much about the local culture.

He got us into and out of places that were so tight. He was always watching out for our safety as was Christina. That was our first trip with Gate 1, it will not be the last. Our tour guide, Patrick was knowledgeable & passionate about Scotland and Ireland. He was very quick to answer questions and convey much local history. Patrick is truly fantastic and was very caring for all guests.
The coach stopped enough for us to enjoy local sites and the tea and homemade scones in a Beatrix Potter cottage were a delight. I've always had a good experience with Gate1 and this was the best yet. We were on the eight day England and Scotland classic tour. Our tour guide Elaine did an excellent job in every area of the tour. She was friendly efficient and humorous, never afraid to go the extra mile to help you or to find information. She made every day of the tour something to look forward to and to remember.

My husband told Adoram and the next day I got it back. We found out Ashian came back just to dropped it off to Adoram in the hotel. We were 3 couples that went together on this trip as well.

I had an amazing time on your tour of England and Scotland and high praise for all the Gate1 representatives that we encountered. The Tour Guide, David , was so helpful, organized, conscientious, and truly nice to everyone in the group.
